Diana Godfrey, SVP, Human Resources, hosts an executive women’s panel of six very prestigious senior leaders who represent different areas at Fidelity Investments Canada. The panel includes Paige Wadden, CCO & VP Risk Oversight, Kelly Creelman, SVP Products, Reetu Kumra, Analyst & Portfolio Manager, Mengting Li, Manager, Finance & Data Analytics, Najma Pilgrim, VP Human Resources & Inclusion, and Violeta Dikanovic, VP Corporate Initiatives & Emerging Technology. The panel discusses their roles at Fidelity, their best and worst career decisions, and the challenges they face when filling a role at Fidelity. They also expand on how Fidelity values culture and how you can have a successful career at Fidelity. As women in leadership, they understand that their paths can be different from men and explain how they rise up in an industry that is mostly male dominated.
This discussion was initially featured in the 4th annual Fidelity NextGen Women’s Summit - a conference to provide the next generation of female leaders with an opportunity to hear from leading thinkers, inspirational women, and successful professionals from various areas at Fidelity.
