On today’s episode we’re focusing on women in leadership and how you can build a successful career in asset management. We’ll hear from two experienced and successful members of Fidelity’s asset management team, Elizabeth Chow and Reetu Kumra, who discuss their personal career journeys and offer advice on how to build a successful career. Topics include career stories about seizing opportunities at the right time, how to overcome professional challenges during unpredictable times and tips on how to make your application stand out among the crowd. Additionally, Liz shares what skill set she believes employers are looking for in new hires, and Reetu shares which certifications and designations are essential to a career in asset management.
