Christina Barr, Campus Relations Manager at Fidelity, joins the show today to talk about Fidelity’s student program, sharing the qualities Fidelity looks for in student candidates, and the benefits of the program for students and the company. Christina and host Tamara Radocaj discuss the ways in which Fidelity aims to recruit students from various backgrounds and experience levels, and how co-op students are encouraged to explore different areas of the business during their work terms.
