Expanding on a topic first surfaced earlier this year in a June 2021 episode, today we look at opportunities within Fidelity Canada’s sales team. Host Quinn Flaherty is joined by Kate Bako, Business Development Manager Senior, and Patrick Farkas, Manager of Regional Sales. Kate, Patrick and Quinn discuss the role of the advisor sales team here at Fidelity, the specific positions and responsibilities of the individual members of the sales team, and what opportunities are available for new hires coast to coast. Kate and Patrick expand on their individual career growth, and also share the development and training that is available for members of the sales team as they progress through the various sales roles.
