Today’s episode is all about Client Services, and how a career path through this vital department at Fidelity can help you progress in your professional future. Host Nicole Correale chats with Manager of Private Investments in Institutional Operations and Estates Yorik Thibault, and Product Owner Sabrina Siddique, both of whom began in the Advisor Service Centre, and have worked their way up through the ranks. They talk about the soft skills that they developed and honed throughout their time at Fidelity that have helped them navigate the challenges of their various roles, and explain how their growth and development were aided by Fidelity’s collaborative work environment and the extensive training they were able to take part in.
