With new trends, new products and new needs from clients, a career in sales can be an interesting and dynamic experience. This career path is not spoken about a lot when students are in university, and in particular, not to young women in university. On today’s FidelityNext podcast, we feature a panel of Fidelity employees who believe that sales is a great career opportunity for women and wanted to share what the role is like in retail, institutional and clearance business units.

The Fidelity sales panel discusses how they began their career in sales and what attracted them to begin their career at Fidelity. They also discuss how technology is changing sales and what skills and traits you can develop to also have a successful career in sales.
